Welcome to our web site.
We have made this site so that we can share with you our experience with the doberman breed, and also to give to all that are intersested, some actual information about our breeding plans.

We hope that you'll enjoy your visit.

We began in the Middle of 1985, when we acquired our first dobermann, a female called Blumte, a.k.a. Gaby, with wich we began to parcitipate with some regularity in the canine exhibitions here in Portugal, and abroad, as well as in the specialized dobermann exhibitions.

In 1992, we began the breeding and selection, in an amateur way, allways with the dobermann breed.

From the begining, we allways used dogs of proved morphologic and genetic quality, deriving of the best blood lines of this breed, namely through the use of dogs with Dutch and German pedigrees, and most recently Italian.

The reproducers used by us, were tested for patologies known to hapen in dogs of this breed, and derive from selected blood lines.

Our puppies are avalable for everyone that sees our dogs as part of their lives and families, and that are able to povide them with a proper education, socialization and above all, love.

Our puppies are bred at home - not in a kennel - are followed by us, from the moment they are born, getting all the atention they need for a proper developement.

We don't sell puppies to comercial breeders, pet shops, Middle men, kennel or hotels, nor we do it to those there are only interested our dogs to guard their hoses and properties.

Our puppies are ready to go at the age of 8 weeks, after being verified by the breed club and the CPC, with their shots, dewormed and identified by microchip.

We look for conscient owners and, responsible, that will keep the dog in their home, and have the time that it's needed for the proper education/socialization and, fisical activity.

It's absolutly necessary that the owners of our dogs have the possibility to keep them indoors during the night; the dobermann it's not an open kennel dog, nor can he sleep outdoors at night.

Today, we find dogs of our breeding in Portugal, Spain, Great-Britain, Porto Rico, Brasil, Angola, United States of America and in some of the ex-USSR Republics.

We are very proud to see our dogs in national and international canine exhibitions, if their quality will allow it, but what makes us really proud, it's to know that our dogs are part of families where their presence is a motif of joy and satisfation every day.

Carlos Carneiro Gomes.
